Job Overview

Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of leadership experience.
- A strong passion for building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving.
- A robust work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience may include work, training, military service, or education.
- Experience in a remote or hybrid work environment is a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is advantageous.
