### **Job Description:**

TIAA is seeking a highly motivated and independent Client Service Manager to join our remote team. This part-time role requires a seasoned professional with at least seven years of experience in client service or account management, preferably within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will leverage data to inform decisions, manage client relationships, drive strategic initiatives, and enhance customer satisfaction.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

– **Client Relationship Management:** Foster and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless service experience.

– **Strategic Planning and Execution:** Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans that align with client goals. Utilize data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize service delivery.

– **Performance Monitoring:** Analyze client performance metrics, service levels, and feedback. Prepare and present comprehensive reports on service effectiveness and client satisfaction.

– **Problem Resolution:** Proactively identify potential issues and develop effective solutions. Utilize strong decision-making skills to resolve client concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.

– **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication to meet client needs.

– **Training and Development:** Assist in training and mentoring junior staff, providing guidance on client interactions and enhancing their skill sets to improve overall service quality.

– **Process Improvement:** Continuously evaluate existing processes and suggest enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce redundancy, and elevate the client experience.

– **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure that all client service activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of ethical practice.

### **Requirements:**

– **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

– **Experience:** Minimum of 7 years of experience in client service, account management, or related roles within financial services or similar sectors.

– **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with data analytics tools is preferred.
