Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers throughout the loan process
- Present financial solutions that meet customers’ needs and goals, including debt consolidation, home and auto repairs, and medical procedures
- Partner with local businesses to develop new customers and grow the business
- Utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to provide customers with the best possible solutions
- Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Sales, collections, or customer service experience
