Sales Support Advisor

Job Description

In this role, the Sales Support Advisor is responsible for the design, development, and presentation of training materials in support of the Services Sales organization. Develop and design complex eLearning content in coordination with SMEs(Subject Matter Experts) from various organizations such as PG, Marketing and Sales Leaders. Identify training opportunities and develop solutions within the organization. Lead training events for the organization. Coordinate, lead, or participates in cross-functional meetings to support global training needs. Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

Job Qualifications

Prior Sales Experience and/or experience working closely with sales teams

Demonstrated ability to lead small to mid-sized project teams

Prior Learning and Development, or content design experience preferred

In-depth knowledge of training development with industry e-Learning certifications preferred
