Job Description

Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Previous customer service experience preferred.

– Assist customers with booking flights and making modifications to existing reservations.

– Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
– Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery.
– Stay updated on airline policies and procedures to provide accurate information.
