We’re looking for the right person to join our Eastern Operating Unit Finance team. As a member of the Eastern Operating Unit Finance team, the associate will be directly involved in supporting our business. This is an excellent learning opportunity to gain knowledge of the entire Otis business through direct interaction with our field operations and exposure to our business at the ground level.

On a typical day you will:

Employ analytical skills to decipher data and drive financial results in the areas of:
- Construction accounting
- Service line of business
- Asset management
- Cost management

Work with cross functional teams in preparation of organic sales and operating profit quarterly calculations
Support the business with monthly/quarterly reporting, operating review preparation and various ad-hoc NAA HQ requests
Provide essential support for numerous presentations including Forecast Review and Results Review
Develop and distribute results and forecast reports for Otis leadership throughout close and forecast process
Support core FP&A, New Equipment and Service teams to streamline reporting and information flow
Analyze and explain variances for actuals and forecast reporting
Support the annual plan and long-range plan process
Other ad hoc responsibilities as needed

What You Will Need to be Successful :

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounting or Finance preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic
Proficiency in Power Point and Excel is critical
Knowledge of HFM preferred
