Location: Gurgaon

Responsible for handling day-to-day requirements of backend development team.

Qualification / Eligibility Criteria:

• Good verbal and written communication
• Self-starter and able to complete tasks with little or no supervision
• Detailed orientated with strong organizational skills
• 2+ years of programming experience in TSQL, SSRS, SSIS facing client interaction and requirement gathering process
• Exposure to real time Power BI will be a value addition
• Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines
• Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high energy, change-oriented environment
• Flexible to accommodate after hours task when needed as per business requirements

Primary duties, Responsibilities & Requirments:

• Database design for new application and give support for existing application database
• Modifying or enhancing or fixing issues in existing ETL or reports
• Need to handle simple, medium and complex TSQL queries
• Experienced in SSRS, SSIS and TSQL
• Hands on Power BI Dashboard reporting will be advantage
• Manage or create database procedures/functions, Jobs or any objects in database
• Troubleshoot, fix and track reporting issues
• Very good experience in Backend Jobs, Report Automation, Metric & Data Analysis
• Resource should take complete ownership on the process and should be a committed resource
• Ensure all Teleperformance policies and procedures are adhered to, including but not limited to: Security, HR, Operations, etc. Any infractions of any of these corporate policies and procedures are communicated to the proper Teleperformance Management

Highly Desired

• Experience with TSQL, SSRS, SSIS
• Good communication skills
• Very good programming experience preferable with multinational clients
• Should be in a situation to work under high pressure environment
• He/She should be really smart enough to do multi-tasking
