Tele Calling / Call Center Activities

Team Management
Participate in recruitment process to identify right talent for Telecalling projects
Review the performance of Team leaders/Tele-callers, identify training needs and plan training sessions.
Ensuring Team Leader/Tele- callers Reach set productivity levels as per allocated projects
Establish individual performance expectations and regularly review individual performance of each team member and motivate them to give their best.
Campaign Management
Design/Ideation of campaigns for Call center – post sign off from finance & HR for all on roll and off roll Renewals team members
Plan & design the communication plan for all the campaigns.
Implementation of the incentive plans for all On Roll and Off Roll Telecalling Team members team members- post sign off from finance & HR
Telecalling Projects
Responsible to run various Telecalling projects
Live Renewals-Out Bound Calling- Telecalling projects as per the requirements of channels in order to push Renewal ratios.
Live Renewals-Push to Pull Campaigns- Project based on actionable data received through Digital Push/Drop (IVR Blast/Miss Call/ Web Drop/App Drop Etc.)
Renewal Direct-Inactive IMD- Project to push Renewal conversion and revenue generation from Inactive IMD base.
Renewal Direct-Win back Telecalling campaigns- Project to ensure data monetization and revenue generation by bringing back lost customers through Direct Calling and Push to Pull campaign mix on actionable data.
Responsible for renewal ratio and premium generation through different projects for different channels and Renewal Direct
Manage Daily running of Call center including sourcing equipment, effective resource planning and applying Call Center strategies and operations.
Assisting Team leader in identifying trends and establishing goals for respective teams
Identification and availability of actionable data for teams.
Analyzing and maintaining mix of Inbound/out bound campaigns for teams in order to ensure data monetization.
Ensure all related data and communications are recorded.
Monitor random calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operative performance.
Set/meet performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and targets.
