Responsibility area
• Present strong credentials and capability demonstration to Telecom customers about NOC and MS capabilities
• Understand customer requirement, operations pain points, NOC model and business need
• Prepare end to end Solution for NOC operations, consolidation, transition and transformation
• Presales activities like slides creation, proposal and commercial creation for operations and managed services requirements
• Prepare Managed Services Solution covering transition, operations model, transformation journey and future readiness
• Define tools and automation strategy for Operations
• Prepare winning strategy, responsible for winning deals
• Thought leadership for Future of Operations
• Expertise in Mobile network technologies (2G/3G/4G and 5G networks)
• Good understanding NOC and SOC working, processes, governance and KPIs
• Develop Cloud Operations and Operations Automation practice
Skills / Experience
• 12 plus years of operations experience. NOC and Presales experience of minimum 5 years
• Working experience in mobile networks operations
• Should have handled various steps into NOC transition, transformation and NOC establishment
• Lead various deals into Operations and Managed Services requirements
• Good understanding of Field and Performance Optimization (NPO) functions
• Good understanding ITIL and eTOM processes, its usage in Telco Network Operations
