We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Executive to contribute to generating sales for our company from Inbound & Outbound Calls. Responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective tele sales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Self-motivated and able to take on the responsibility
