Job Description:

. Scrutiny of documents
. Completion of document verification as per agreed TAT
. Ensuring approvals are taken as per delegation matrix.
. Maintenance of customer masters in the CMS system.
. Liaising with Product sales managers / Service solution group for resolution and improvement of First Pass Ratio.
. Timely completion of client setup and sending welcome letters to the corporates/Sales team
. Coordination with other stakeholders like CMS Servicing/Payments, PSM, RM, LCC,BSG,IT etc.
. Ensuring timely & accurate submission of MIS and should be good in analytics
