Description :
– Interact with users through a series of actions and answer all queries, resolve issues via chat/email.
– Maintain and update records for daily queries and escalation.
– Support the roll-out of new application features.
– Troubleshoot systems, network problems, diagnosing and solving software issues at the user’s end.
– Explain the services to the client and suggest the best suitable service.
– Manage to allocate the wok to the operations steam keeping individual’s expertise in mind.
– Talking to the operation’s team to ensure flawless work.
