Job Description:
- Manager multiple operational activities for products under Inclusive and Social Banking business
- Preparing frame work /process for Loan repayment / account serving and all other transactions in system.
- Ensuring reconciliation for all the transactions performed against loan accounts.
- Responsible for end to end GL account reconciliations and timely resolutions for all the differences if any.
- Responsible for submission of all the regulatory reports /delinquency data/Financial data, etc. to respective internal & external stake holders
- Timely monitoring and supervision of transactions and all the process.
- Required to work in closed coordination with relevant Business Units to define the key steps and rollout of process initiatives/ enhancement of existing processes in line with Bank’s vision and overall BU objectives.
- To evaluate, and drive key avenues for digitization with the objective of enhancing customer servicing or improving business efficiencies.
- Engagement with various stakeholders for policy and process changes, ensuring that all the policies and procedures are implemented properly and followed in day to day transactions.
- Designing frame work & implementing the preventive measures to minimize the operational errors
- Reviewing the risk/audit reports and ensures the compliance aspects by taking necessary actions.
- Having close watch and surveillance on all the changes required basis the regulatory guidelines

- Periodic review of various operational activity & process for improvement.
- Need to conduct all preparatory audit checks time to time for all the operational processes.
- Need to conduct QC checks & reporting for performed transactions
